Why does my account say expired?

Your account it saying expired for one of the following reasons:

1.  You didn't complete your original registration by filling in the credit card info.  All of our memberships are required to have credit cards otherwise they will show up as expired.   If you are still having issues, please contact our help center through our support page or beacon and someone will get back to you within 24 hours to help resolve your issue.

2.  Your credit card has expired or become invalid.  You will need to update your credit card in order for your account to become active again. Please check out the article "How To See My Subscription Details"
