How To See My Subscription Details

If you have signed up on our Website and want to check your Subscription and Account details do the following:

1. Login to your account with your username and password at www.TheYogaCollective.com

2. Click on "Yoga Profile" and scroll down to "Account"

There are 3 tabs on the Edit Account Page: 

1. Home Tab will show your Name, Email and have a password reset option.  You could also change your email here.

*Please note that an email change will ONLY change where you receive relevant emails related to your account and newsletter. Our membership system does not allow for change of username, therefore, your username will remain as the initial email you originally signed up with. 

2. Subscription Tab will show your Subscription details (including your next billing cycle).  Here you could update your credit card or cancel your subscription by clicking cancel.

3. Payments Tab will show your payment history

If you have signed up on a Mobile device you will need to click on the sandwich icon in the top left corner. Under your name there will be a link to Edit Profile Settings
